SoHo Bar is a new bar with no hassle and has drinks, good prices and great music. This bar is owned and managed by a beautiful young lady who has worked the Phnom Penh bars for several years. This management understands how to take care of customers. The music volume level is set well to allow conversations and customers can select the music.
